In a previous post I gave a history of a mining deal fight that smells as fishy as the leftover sushi that sat in my fridge for 3 weeks. There is an interesting update: ArcelorMittal is joining the complaint against ICT. ArcelorMittal was previously willing to hold its nose and buy ICT for R800m (~$115m) in order to get access to cheap iron ore. However, it looks like some backroom dealings fell apart, so now ArcelorMittal is coming out on the other side.
