"A for effort award"

Above a moving walkway in Heathrow terminal 1 there is a sign that
says "Face forward on walkway!" Good advice, lest one be caught
unawares by the end of the walkway. However, the sign faces the
oncoming traffic and is blank on the back.

Thus, anyone who is facing backward on the walkway will never read the
sign. Good idea, bad execution.
